About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our clients.

• Providing personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by our clients' healthcare providers
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' conditions to our care team
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care and communications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of New York
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
