About the Role
As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our clients.
- Providing personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by our clients' healthcare providers
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' conditions to our care team
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care and communications

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of New York
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
