Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as needed
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and housekeeping
• Support clients with mobility and ambulation, including transferring, walking, and using assistive devices
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and services provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care and coordination
• Participate in training and education programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices
