Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
- Assist with basic meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders and support clients with pre-dosed medications
- Help clients during grocery shopping trips
- Provide essential assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like showering and grooming
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping seniors
- Good communication skills for interacting closely with clients and their families
- Prior experience or certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is beneficial but not required
