Introduction: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Caregiver to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. The Home Health Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing light housekeeping and meal preparation services. The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members. Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and groomingProvide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, including ensuring that the client's living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team membersCollaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and servicesOther duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role - Preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and handle a high-volume workloadAbility to work collaboratively with other team membersMust have driver's license and personal vehicleMUST BE ABLE TO WORK MORNINGS AND EARLY AFTERNOON HOURSMUST LIVE UNDER 30 MINUTES FROM HIRING LOCATION Must be willing to travel to Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Lavergne area Perks: Competitive Pay Flexible SchedulePositive and supportive work environment
