Responsibilities
- Provide patients with in-home personal care and designated health-related services.
- Maintain the patient's physical and emotional well-being according to the written plan of care.
- Comply with Medicare/Medicaid regulations and agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- No prior experience required.
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation upon hire.
- Valid DL NUMBER - Driver License, valid and in state, current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation upon hire.
- CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant upon hire.
