About the role
Assists with implementation of the domestic plan of care which may include but is not limited to; preparing meals, running errands, house cleaning and doing laundry.
Maintains accurate documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
Communicates participant concerns or changes in participant status to supervisor.
Home Health services may be provided in a variety of locations including but not limited to participant residence.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Housekeeping experience

Pay
Salary range: $16.00 - $18.77 per hour

Rotating Shift, Full-time
