Implement a domestic care plan (Bathing, dressing, meals, errands, cleaning, laundry).

Maintain accurate documentation.

Report participant concerns/status changes to supervisor.

Provide Home Health services in various locations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
