Home Health Aide (Full‑Time Days) – Eddy SeniorCare – PACE Program, Rotterdam, NY. The PACE Program provides comprehensive, team‑based care that enables frail older adults to remain safely in their homes and community.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to participants.
• Assist with meals and feeding.
• Support walking, ambulation, and transfers.
• Offer social engagement and companionship.
• Help participants maintain daily routines safely and comfortably.

Requirements

• Current NYS Certified Home Health Aide.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Passion for caring for older adults.
• Professional, compassionate, respectful demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay

Pay range: $18.10 – $22.15 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the FLSA will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. Pay may vary by location.

Schedule

Full‑time, day shift.
