Job Specifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Home Health Aide certification and/or competency testing required.
- Six months experience as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record, and proof of valid insurance.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- CPR Certification required.

About the Role
The Home Health Aide, Hospice (a) assists terminally ill patients with their personal care requirements, maximizing their activities of daily living; and (b) assists terminally ill patients in achieving the highest level of comfort and quality of life in their homes, consistent with their health status.
