About the role
At CHI Health at Home, you’ll engage in a range of exciting responsibilities, including:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Assisting patients with mobility and transfers.
- Completing necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals regarding client needs and concerns.
- Following established care plans and contributing to the development of personalized care strategies.

Requirements
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Successful completion of a competency evaluation program.
- Candidates must be listed on the state Nurse Aide Registry.
- One year home health aide or nurse aide experience is required.
- A current CPR/BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross and compliance with state requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Pay
The posted compensation range of $17.24 - $24.35 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Schedule
The schedule is Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
