Home Health Aide (HHA) – In-Home Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompany clients to their appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support (offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections).
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.

Requirements

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Recent TB Test Results.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.
• Level 2 Background screening with current fingerprinting.

Pay

Earn $17 to $19 an hour based on skills and experience. Direct deposit available.
