About the role

Family Pillars is a growing home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, reliable care to seniors and adults in need. We are currently expanding across multiple counties and seek dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Aid clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment

Requirements

• HHA Certificate or CNA License
• CPR Certification Level 2
• Background Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and professionally
