Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate one-on-one companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
• Preparing meals, snacks, and assisting with nutrition needs
• Assisting clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Transportation assistance for appointments, errands, and activities
• Following individualized care plans based on each client’s needs
• Working closely with our office team and client families to provide quality care and timely updates
• Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every client you serve

Requirements

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Active Auto Insurance and a clean driving record
• Access to a smartphone and active email account
• Understanding of professionalism, ethics, and maintaining client confidentiality
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care
• Responsive and able to provide timely communication regarding schedules, availability, and work-related updates
• Willingness to complete all required employment documents and onboarding requirements promptly
