About the role

Actify Home Care is clinician owned and operated, led by a Physical Therapist with 20+ years of experience. We are growing and hiring dependable, professional caregivers (CNAs and HHAs) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Help patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming (ADLs)
• Light cleaning and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Help with walking, transfers, and safe companionship

Requirements

• Valid Florida CNA License or HHA Certificate
• Current CPR Certification Card
• Health Physical and PPD (Chest X-ray)
• Level 2 Background Screening (AHCA)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Professional Liability Insurance (If needed, we can help you get this at low cost)

Pay

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour (Bi-Weekly pay via direct deposit). Status: 1099 Contractor.

Schedule

Shifts: Days, nights, and weekends available.
