Position Details Location: Leonia, NJ, and surrounding areas within approximately 15 milesSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PMHours: 10 hours per day, 50 hours per weekStart Date: ASAPLanguage Requirement: Fluent in both English and SpanishClient Assignment: One-on-one home care for a couple Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as neededSupport clients with mobility and daily routinesCommunicate effectively with clients and their family members in English and SpanishFollow the individualized care plan and maintain clients’ comfort, safety, and dignityReport changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate care team Qualifications Active New Jersey HHA certificationAbility to speak both English and Spanish fluentlyPrevious home care or caregiving experience preferredCompassionate, patient, reliable, and professionalAbility to work the scheduled hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PMReliable transportation to and from the client’s home preferredAuthorization to work in the United States Why Join Affirmed Home Care?
