About the role

Visiting Angels of HEB is looking for a caring and compassionate Home Health Aide - HHA to become a part of our exceptional team of ANGELS! Visiting Angels provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship with emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, incontinence care
• Planning and preparing meals
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to grocery shopping, errands, and doctor appointments
• Maintain accurate records of client care activities

Requirements

• 1 year minimum of professional caregiving experience with an agency or facility
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle for work purposes with proof of auto insurance
