Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as specified in the client’s plan of care.
- Perform tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, eating, and continence care.
- Provide medication assistance, housekeeping services, laundry, meal preparation, feeding, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Report daily activity to your supervisor through the agency management system and daily activity logs.

Required Knowledge
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written assignments.
- Proficiency with Homecare Company Management System—ClearCare.
Required Skills
- Maintain an established work schedule.
- Effective interpersonal and communications skills including tact and diplomacy.
- Effective organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow through.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials.
- Maintain “Fit for Duty” physical condition, a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and preferred reliable transportation.
Required Minimum Requirements
- 18 Years of Age or Older
- CNA License or alternate experience as a caregiver, preferred
- CPR & First Aid Certifications, preferred
- Preferred reliable transportation
