Home Health Aide HHA

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
- Aid clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
- Absorb errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client
Requirements
- HHA certification and/or valid CNA Certification required from the State of Massachusetts
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred (professional or personal experience)
- Caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
- Valid Massachusetts vehicle registration

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of home health care practices and procedures

Pay
Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.
