About the role
EmmUcare Home Health is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides to provide compassionate care in Harding, PA and surrounding areas. Day shifts available Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule. Work location is the client’s residence.
Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Bathing, dressing, hygiene and grooming
- Toileting assistance
- Medication reminders
- Shopping and errand running
- Laundry
- Assist with transfers and ambulation
- Companionship
Qualifications
- Clean criminal background check within the last year
- Two-step tuberculosis test (administered by a family physician) or TSPOT/chest x-ray
- Completion of a state-provided competency test if a CNA license is not available
- Driver’s license may be required for some cases
