Responsibilities
- Follow each client's care plan and assist with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity
- Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement
- Offer medication reminders according to the care plan
- Report changes in a client's condition or needs to the office
- Record completed care tasks and clock in and out using electronic visit verification system
Requirements
- Compassion, patience, and respect for each client's privacy and preferences
- Dependability and clear communication with clients and the office team
- Ability to perform assigned care duties safely, with training and support
- Reliable transportation to assigned visits
- Ability to use a smartphone for timekeeping
- Previous caregiving experience welcome but not required
Pay
Starting pay: $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer. Biweekly pay.
Schedule
Flexible schedule based on your availability and client availability.
