Home Health Aide/ CNA

Job Description

HomeCentris Home Health is seeking experienced Home Health aides to provide quality care to Medicare skilled homecare services in clients' homes. Duties include personal care for convalescent, chronically ill, or disabled individuals, assisting them in assuming responsibilities for self-care, and encouraging participation in family life.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate
• One year of work experience
• Home care experience preferred
• Great vital taking skills
• Reliable transportation
• Available between 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST
• Flexible, organized, with the ability to exercise sound judgment

Pay

From $20.00 per hour
