Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.
- Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
- Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail, and impaired.
- Possess and maintain current CPR certification.
- Demonstrates tact, patience, and good personal hygiene.
- Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with Organization requirements and is in good working order.
Responsibilities
- Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures.
- Affords assistance with personal care and hygiene.
- Affords assistance with transfers and ambulation throughout the residence.
- Re-Heats and/or prepares meals for the client with the assistance of feeding.
- Acts as a supportive companion to the client.
