Home Health Aide

About the role

Calling all motivated, passionate HHAs who are looking for consistent schedules. Positions are full-time at $20/hr, located at 510 West 46th Street, New York, NY 10036.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday and every other weekend
• 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services according to the resident’s plan of care, including medication assistance
• Complete all resident documentation at the end of each shift in an accurate, concise, and legible manner
• Monitor residents closely and communicate any changes to the supervisor

Requirements

• Valid HHA certification in the State of New York
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong passion for working with the elderly and patient-centered care
• Outstanding communication skills and consistent dependability
• Prior Assisted Living or similar experience preferred
• Must reside within the New York Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, or CT)
