About the Role
Traditional Home Health Care Pediatric/Adult Skilled Division has an immediate opening for a Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care to a patient located in Lycoming County. We are a leader in the health care field providing skilled nursing/aide services and state of the art educational programs that have proven results. Our goals are clear: to restore the patient's health and increase patient confidence in their own abilities so that they may lead healthier more productive lives.
Service Location
Williamsport, PA and surrounding areas
Schedule
Immediate Need: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm, with flexible Saturday & Sunday hours available.
Responsibilities
- Performs personal care and household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping, hygiene, application and removal of splints, etc.) in home/school setting
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide emotional/behavioral support
- Follows plan of care
- Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
- Safety and Supervision
