Help clients maintain proper personal hygiene, with their dignity always at the forefront of your mind. Provide gentle and professional assistance with daily tasks such as bathing and feeding Provide companionship to clients with dementia or cognitive impairments Completing all documentation for each shift you work, submitting timely updates Communicate routinely with office about the condition and needs of your clients
