Responsibilities
- Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping) in home/school setting
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide emotional/behavioral support
- Follows plan of care
- Able to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing score on a background check

- Available shifts: Morning, evening or overnight 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
- Part-time, PRN, or Full-time
