Responsibilities
- Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping) in home/school setting
- Maintains a clean and safe environment
- Provides emotional/behavioral support
- Fulfills the plan of care
- Interacts as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- Experience in home health care or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying schedules
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to follow a plan of care

Pay
- $14-$16/hr
Schedule
- Effort, PA - 9am to 3pm Monday through Friday until July 7th then transition hours to 2pm to 5pm throughout next school year
- Canadensis, PA - 8 am to 6 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
