About the role

Traditional Home Health Care (Pediatric & Adult Skilled) is a leader in healthcare, providing skilled nursing and aide services to restore patients’ health, build confidence, and support independent living. We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team in Pittston, PA, serving Luzerne County. Immediate need for shifts Monday‑Thursday 8 am‑3 pm, Friday 3 pm‑11 pm, and weekends 8 am‑3 pm & 3 pm‑11 pm.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care/household duties (e.g., dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping) in home/school setting
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide emotional/behavioral support
• Follows plan of care
• Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager

Pay

Rate: $14‑$16 per hour

Schedule

Monday‑Thursday: 8 am‑3 pm; Friday: 3 pm‑11 pm; Weekends: 8 am‑3 pm & 3 pm‑11 pm
