About the role

Provide one-on-one personal care (dressing, feeding, light housekeeping, etc.). Support patients emotionally & physically. Follow care plans & report changes to nurse manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass background check
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR

Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm/ Saturday and Sunday flexible shift hours

Pay

$13.00 - $16.00
