About the role

Home Health Aide position located in Mount Carmel, PA. Provide one-on-one personal care, emotional and physical support, and follow care plans while reporting changes to the nurse manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one personal care (dressing, feeding, light housekeeping, etc.)
• Support patients emotionally & physically
• Follow care plans & report changes to nurse manager

Pay

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (hours flexible)
• Monday - Friday, school hours; home hours needed 4:30pm - 8:30pm (Hershey, PA area)
