About the role

Traditional Home Health Care (Pediatric & Adult Skilled) provides exceptional skilled nursing and aide services, aiming to restore each patient’s health, build confidence, and help them lead healthier, more independent lives. We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team, offering meaningful one‑on‑one care, flexible scheduling, and the chance to make a real difference. Services are provided in the comfort and safety of patients’ homes in Canadensis, PA and surrounding areas including Stroudsburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care/household duties (e.g., dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping) in home/school setting
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide emotional/behavioral support
• Follows plan of care
• Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
• Locations served: Stroudsburg, PA and surrounding areas

Pay

$14‑$16 per hour

Schedule

8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (Immediate Need – Canadensis, PA)
