Primary Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene; provide toileting and incontinence care; assist with mobility, walking, positioning, and transfers; assist with activities of daily living (ADLs); provide medication reminders as directed by the client's plan of care; observe and report changes in the client's condition.
• Companionship: Provide friendly and meaningful companionship; engage clients in conversation and appropriate activities; provide emotional and social support; accompany clients on errands, walks, activities, or appointments when assigned; provide supervision and reassurance as needed.
• Light Housekeeping & Household Support: Perform light housekeeping and general tidying; wash dishes and clean kitchen areas after use; assist with laundry and changing bed linens; prepare simple meals and snacks; take out household trash as needed; help maintain a clean and safe living environment.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) training or applicable caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow the client's plan of care and agency policies
• Dependable transportation to assigned client homes
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and onboarding
