As a HHA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients' quality of life through consistent, one-on-one, relationship-based care in their homes. The range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants. $1/hr shift differential for nights Shift Full-Time Nights, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, 12 hour shifts Benefits PTO (For full-time and Part-time employees only)Medical, Dental, and Vision (Full-Time only)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) Option Key Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagementSupport meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeepingMonitor and report changes in conditionFollow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards Qualifications High school diploma or GEDCPR certifiedValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work independently in a non-facility settingHome health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.
