About the Role
As a Home Health Aide at Interim HealthCare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients. You will provide one-on-one patient care in the comfort and dignity of their home, helping individuals with daily living activities and monitoring their condition.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
- Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings.
- Aid with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
- Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
Requirements
- One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate (preferred).
- Attention to detail; ability to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
