About the role
The Jefferson County Public Health Service is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA).
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, comfort, safety, and IADLs.
- Promote health, independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Home Health Aide Certificate from an approved Home Health Aide Training Program (HHATP) for New York State OR Completion of a course of study approved by the State Education Department for Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Possession of the license at the time of appointment.
- Valid license to operate a motor vehicle in New York State.
