Home Health Aide

About the role

As a Home Health Aide at Interim HealthCare, you’ll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients in Perry County, OH. You’ll provide one-on-one patient care in the comfort of their home, helping individuals with daily living activities and monitoring their condition.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and skin care.
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.

Requirements

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide or healthcare experience.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate preferred.
• Attention to detail; ability to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient’s condition.
• Reliable transportation to and from care sites and work locations.
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance (mandatory).

Pay

Compensation ranges from $12.50 to $15.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and/or certifications.
