Position Summary
We are currently looking to fill a position for a Home Health Aide in an in-home and community setting. The position is responsible for providing a safe, secure, and healthy environment for an individual in addition to providing services such as basic homemaking duties and personal care duties, as well as transporting the individual to outings in the community.
