Home Health Aide

Independence Home Health LLC is seeking dedicated, trustworthy, and responsible caregivers to join our professional, family-oriented care team as a Full-Time Personal Care Attendant, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living in accordance with individualized care plans
• Document care provided and report changes in clients' status to supervisor
• Provide companionship

Requirements

• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Successful completion of the formal Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (not required for Home Health Aide or Personal Care Attendant roles)
• Free certification for Home Health Aide and Personal Care Attendant provided

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
