About the role
Homecare with Heart is urgently hiring Personal Care Aides to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes. We offer industry-leading pay and are open to applicants with or without state testing.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes
- Ensure clients receive necessary medical treatments and medications
- Communicate regularly with clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Work every other weekend and holiday
- May require occasional travel to client locations
Qualifications
- At least 1-year experience under the supervision of an RN
- CPR/First Aid certification (provided by company)
- Hoyer lift experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Excellent references required
- Pass a full background check
