Home Health Aide

About the role

Homecare with Heart is urgently hiring Personal Care Aides to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes. We offer industry-leading pay and are open to candidates with or without prior State Tested certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes
• Ensure clients receive necessary medical attention and medications
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Work every other weekend and holiday

Qualifications

• MUST have at least 1-year experience under the supervision of an RN
• Do not need to be State Tested
• CPR/First Aid certification provided by Homecare with Heart
• Hoyer lift experience a plus
• Eligible for certain benefits based on employment status
