Home Health Aide

About the role

Homecare with Heart is urgently hiring Personal Care Aides to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes. We offer industry-leading pay and are open to candidates with or without prior State Testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes
• Ensure clients receive necessary medical treatments and medications
• Document client care and progress in a timely manner
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Work every other weekend and holiday
• May require occasional travel to client locations

Requirements

• MUST have at least 1-year experience under the supervision of an RN
• Not required to be State Tested
• CPR/First Aid certification provided by Homecare with Heart
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Hoyer lift experience a plus
