Home Health Aide

About the role

Home Instead is seeking caregivers with over 1 year of experience providing care to seniors in their homes. Applicants with dementia experience are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Companionship & Conversation
• Activities, Mobility, Stand-by Assist
• Meal Preparation
• Meditation Reminders
• Support with Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light Housekeeping

Requirements

• Current CNA, HHA experience or at least 6 months of family caregiving experience
• Valid USA driver's license & vehicle with auto insurance
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check & drug screen
• Willingness to drive clients to their appointments and errands
• Strong references from past jobs

Qualifications

• Flexible Scheduling: Part-time, weekends, or a combination of days
