Home Health Aide

Join our team in Lower Burrell and make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in your community. As part of our home care team, you’ll support adults aged 55+ in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Light housekeeping
• Occasional support in our day center

Schedule

• Full-Time: 6:00am–2:30pm, Sunday–Thursday

Pay

• Starting at $16.50/hour, with higher rates based on experience
• $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires
• Daily Pay available—access your earnings when you need them

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Caregiving experience preferred
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
