Home Health Aide

About the role

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in your community. As part of our home care team, you'll support adults aged 55+ in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Light housekeeping
• Occasional support in our day center

Schedule

• Full Time: 12-8:30pm Tue-Sat
• Full Time: 10am-6:30pm Tues-Sat
• Full Time: 10am-6:30pm Sun-Thur

Pay & Benefits

• Starting at $16.50/hour, more based on experience
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time hires

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Caregiving experience preferred
• Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation
