Griswold Home Care in Greater Cincinnati is seeking a full-time Home Health Aide to provide elderly care and home companionship for clients. The position offers a competitive wage of $16-$20/hr.

Responsibilities

• Help clients manage daily living tasks
• Provide cheerful companionship
• Assist with various responsibilities such as laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
• Provide non-medical care that preserves clients' dignity
• Bathe and maintain personal hygiene for clients
• Document changes to clients' care accurately

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of home care experience preferred
• Caring for a loved one counts as relevant experience
• We are willing to train new hires
• Positive attitude and patience are essential

Work schedule

This position offers flexible scheduling with day and night shifts available. Clients may receive as little as 4 hours of care, while others require 24-hour care.
