CareBuilders at Home - Warminster (Bucks County) PA is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals in need of home care by providing exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
• Engage in conversations and activities with clients to promote mental and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
• Support clients with daily needs, including transfers, ambulation, and mobility assistance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients safely
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable)
