Your future role at a glance Location: Wichita, KS Facility: Ascension Living HOPEDepartment: Home CareSchedule: Day shift | Full-time How you’ll make an impact in this role Assists with implementation of the domestic plan of care which may include but is not limited to; preparing meals, running errands, house cleaning and doing laundry.Maintains accurate documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.Communicates participant concerns or changes in participant status to supervisor.Home Health services may be provided in a variety of locations including but not limited to participant residence. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s):None Required.Preferred Credential(s):BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Drivers License. Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Work Experience None required.
