About the Role
Affirmed Home Care, New York’s Premier Concierge Home Care Agency, is hiring Per Diem Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Suffolk County, with an immediate opening in Deer Park, NY. This role offers 4-hour short shifts every Tuesday and Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities
As a Per Diem HHA, you will provide compassionate and dedicated care to our valued clients in their homes, supporting their daily needs and well-being.
Pay
$19.65–$20.00 per hour

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
- Valid NYS HHA Certificate
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Physical exam within 1 year
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
- MMR immunizations within 10 years
