Home Health Aide (HHA) – Fort Salonga, NY Pay: $19.65 per hour Location: Fort Salonga, NY Job Type: Home Health Care Schedule: As assigned The HHA will assist clients with daily activities while promoting their comfort, safety, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneProvide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as neededPrepare meals and assist with feeding when necessaryPerform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client's careProvide companionship and emotional supportRemind clients to take medications as directed by their healthcare providerObserve and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor or care teamFollow the client's care plan and all agency policies and proceduresMaintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the clientRespect client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times Requirements Valid New York State HHA Certificate requiredMinimum 1 year of HHA experience requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportation required
