About the role

Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Home Health Aides to provide personalized, one-on-one care for clients throughout Suffolk County. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a team that is committed to supporting our caregivers every step of the way.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Promote comfort, safety, and independence
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping
• Remind clients to take medications
• Communicate changes in client condition with the care team

Requirements

• Current New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
• Minimum of one year of caregiving experience
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Current physical examination
• PPD, QuantiFERON, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
• MMR immunization documentation
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional caregivers
